DO WOMEN TAKE ENOUGH CARE OF THEIR HEALTH?

Part of my job is advising women on healthy living. I often notice that especially women, due to hard work and family, do not take enough care of their health.
When we start talking, women say to me: “I know that I lead a very unhealthy life, I eat a lot of unhealthy food, I eat at the wrong time, I don't move enough, but I don't know how to fit it all in my schedule. There are so many things that I need to take care of. “
Let me give you an example. If a woman is in a situation where there is a lack of oxygen and she has only one oxygen mask, to whom will she put on the oxygen mask first: herself or to her helpless child? Of course, she must first help herself and after that her child. Unconscious she won't be able to help him.
How many of you forget about yourself and don’t stop, even when you are too tired? How many of you don’t care about a different, less stressful, and healthier lifestyle until you get sick. We are responsible for our own health. I speak from my own experience. I couldn’t stop until I got sick.
It doesn't take much. We always start with small changes. Changes that don’t take too much time, but give you a lot of energy. The changes you look forward to. When you start working on your well-being, nature also supports you. Like one of my clients said: I have resisted for so long, I haven't done anything, even if you told me to. Then we worked step by step and made small changes. Now everyone in my family is happy. Even my husband is happier and healthier. Where there is a will, there is a way.
